IT Application/Production Support
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Application Support team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in México city. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The Application Support Analyst will provide Level 2 application and technical support to colleagues across multiple applications, ensuring efficient incident resolution and high-quality customer service.
We will count on you to:
- Resolve incidents efficiently within agreed SLAs.
- Provide a high level of customer service to end users with incidents and queries.
- Maintain and update the knowledge base and application service documents.
- Assist with normal and additional business process requests.
- Support software delivery and provide key feedback to management for sign-off as part of the change process.
- Route open incident tickets to L3 development teams for resolution when the L2 team cannot resolve them.
What you need to have:
- 2-4 years of experience in providing application support or in a similar role.
- Excellent technical troubleshooting skills.
- Basic SQL skills and knowledge of working in a containerized environment.
- Programming knowledge in Java, Python, or .Net.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Knowledge of Windows system administration skills.
- Experience with Service Now and ITIL qualifications.
- Familiarity with VB Script/JavaScript, Unix/Linux operating systems, PowerBuilder, and workflow & document management systems.
