IT Application Specialist- Business Intelligence & CRM

This role will be responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of local Business Intelligence and CRM solutions in line with global frameworks, standards and requirements, supporting KBI Business Functions, driving efficiency and contributing to maximizing revenue generation.  This role will be also responsible for implementing the Corporate IT Strategy for Business Intelligence and CRM solutions.  

The position will be located in the Fort Lee, NJ corporate office offering hybrid work schedule. 

Responsibilities & Proficiency required:

•    Analyze business requirements and create functional and technical specifications

•    Designs, develops, and maintains data models and toolsets to support reporting and analytics.

•    Develops policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data to ensure accuracy and integrity from source to destination.

•    Coordinate with Corporate DWH and Business Intelligence Team to guarantee integration, data consistency and standardization

•    Document implemented solutions.

•    Coordinates with IT Infrastructure team to request proper connectivity and HW resources, to guarantee adequate performances of implemented solutions.

•    Interact with external partners to implement the necessary data exchanges.

•    Coordinate local projects within his/her area of responsibility

•    Coordinate the activity of vendors and external consultants

•    Other job-related responsibilities as required.

•    Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server, ETL tools and best practices.

•    Proficient in SQL Query language

•    Experience with relational databases and data analysis.

•    Experience with Power BI and Power App

•    Ability to understand and find appropriate applications for data and analysis results

Requirements:

•    Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required.

•    Minimum four years’ experience in a business intelligence, data mining and data architecture role, preferably in a life sciences or other regulated environment.

•    Experience in CRM is a plus

•    Experience in Machine Learning and AI is a plus

•    Experience with Python is a plus

•    Knowledge of SAP Business Suite is a plus.

Please note that the annual base salary for this role will be in the $100ks.  Final salary offered will be based on: relevant experience, education and certifications.
