We are looking for a **IT Applications – Developer.** **Key Responsibilities:** + Support ERP financial software application to ensure maximum uptimes are maintained. + Provide first and second level support to end users or helpdesk with assistance and guidance from Senior Developers and the IT Manager + Manage trouble tickets and provide a temporary solution if a permanent solution is not available in a reasonable amount of time. + Investigation of issues and resolution of issues in a timely manner with a guidance from a technical/functional leader. + Follow up with customers of open tickets that have exceeded acceptable timeframe. + Document all work carried out in the required formats + Code in accordance with best practices of software development. Follows pre-established departmental standards, guidelines and specifications as they pertain to design and development. + Ability to test a variety of different types of coding changes. + Perform integration work with current and new systems. + Design and Code enhancements and bug-fixes based on project requirements in an acceptable timeframe. + Ability to mentor new employees/jr programmers. **Qualifications:** + Three to Five years’ experience using PvxPlus or similar Business Basic language. NOMADS skills a definite plus. + Experience with a multi module ERP package, (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Payroll, etc.) Understanding of an ERP’s relationship with other integrated systems. + Basic Financial Accounting/Business knowledge. + Exposure to the functionality of a payroll system from entry to update and check print. + Working knowledge of a Linux operating system and its relationship to an ERP platform. + Exposure to data conversion, transport and integration methodologies. FTP, SFTP, API, etc. + Exposure to Data Warehouse and or SQL Server scripting. + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or related field. The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 annually.
