SummaryThe IT Application Manager will lead a team of functional and technical IT associates to implement and support IT solutions for the Commodity Trading and Risk Management (CTRM) and Logistics areas of Perdue AgriBusiness. The position will develop, maintain, and execute the IT roadmap for the assigned area and work with IT leadership to roll up to the IT strategic roadmap.
The salary range for this position is $97,000 - $145,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with an annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities Understand business goals and requirements and participate in the development of the IT strategic roadmap Research and propose system solutions to realize business goals for strategic projects in the subject area Evaluate and propose changes to existing processes to make systems efficient, wherever opportunities exist Manage a team of functional and technical IT associates to achieve department goals Manage resource load and prioritize project and support activities for assigned area Participate in all phases of IT projects assigned Minimum Education Bachelors Degree (Business or Computer related majors) Experience Requirements Experience in IT Governance Processes for the prioritization and sequencing of IT projects in constrained environments Prior use if project management software. Jira and Clarizen preferred Ability to lead teams and resolve conflict, respects constructive feedback Experience Preferred Experience with Commodity Trading and Risk Management systems Knowledge of Data Analytics concepts and tools Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings. May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another. May need to access files, supplies, and equipment. Work activity is in an open-partitioned, cubicle office.
