Job Description As the AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our AMI system, ensuring its reliability, accuracy, and efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, optimize system performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your role will involve overseeing field operations, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet business objectives. You will be responsible for Change Management and leading the integration of the systems surrounding the AMI initiative as a whole. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience 7+ years of experience in IT application technology management and/or equivalent plan/build/run Prior experience with application development, program delivery, service provider management, and distributed teams Experience leading and developing a staff of technology professionals. Understanding of multiple technology domains like meter data management, head end systems, or other enterprise solutions that enable business functions. Ability to manage multiple priorities, relationships, schedules, and deadlines. Experience with implementing/creating DevOps process and systems Regulated utility experience strongly preferred. Technical certifications preferred. PMP and/or Agile certifications preferred. ITIL certification strongly preferred.
