Roles and Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development:
* Collaborate with the IT department and relevant stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives
* Design comprehensive training curriculum for various IT applications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and user requirements
* Develop training materials such as manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules
Training Delivery:
* Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for employees at all levels, both in-person and virtually
* Customize training content to suit different learning styles and proficiency levels
* Provide hands-on demonstrations and simulations to reinforce learning
* Offer ongoing support and assistance to trainees during and after training sessions
Evaluation and Feedback:
* Implement assessment methods to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
* Gather feedback from participants to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to training materials and delivery methods
* Monitor trainee progress and provide additional support or refresher training as needed
Documentation and Reporting:
* Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and participant feedback
* Prepare reports on training activities, outcomes, and recommendations for management review
* Document best practices, tips, and troubleshooting techniques for IT applications and make them accessible to employees
