xx **Major Purpose** This job is to be used for salaried positions outside of the US/Canada. Positions mapped to this job are used for special apprentice programs for salaried employees (e.g. the Bachelor of Arts program in German units, which takes 3 years). The employees typically start the program right after high school. They get a contract with the company that covers the whole apprentice program period.
