IT Architect, CX Solutions
Position Overview

As an IT Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of customer-facing applications to enhance our customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Sales, Customer Service, and Technical & Warranty Services, to develop and integrate tools that improve the end-to-end customer journey. Your role will be essential in aligning our technology stack with business goals and providing architectural guidance as we continue to evolve our portfolio of applications.

Key Functions and Responsibilities ·         Developing World Class Applications For Our Customers o    Lead the design and architecture of customer-facing tools and applications, focusing on SAP Commerce and the SAP Sales & Service Cloud that leverage the SAP BTP platform tools to integrate data across the systems in our environment o    Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand the full scope of our customer-facing architecture and provide recommendations for optimizing the architecture to achieve the desired customer experience o    Partner with the CX organization to identify and address technology needs, driving initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. o    Ensure scalability, performance, and security are top priorities in all solution designs. o    Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in customer experience, cloud platforms, and integration solutions. o    Serve as a technical advisor for IT and business teams, offering expertise in architecture and system integration.

 

·         Collaborative Approach To An Intense Focus on Improving The Carlisle Customer Experience o    Identify and proactively communicate opportunities to improve internal processes to improve the quality of our customer data and to reduce the time from idea inception to delivery for features in our CX applications o    Ability to utilize effective verbal communication skills, including interpersonal, teambuilding, and change management. o    Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders in and outside Carlisle and across all divisions.

 

 

·         Data Integration and Integrity o    Develop and incorporate data integration strategies to help deliver a 360-degree view of our customer base to business leaders o    Collaborate with peer architects and digital product managers to ensure that data integrity is maintained as data is replicated into different customer applications

 

Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a relevant field such as Business & Information Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience 10+ years of broad-based (infrastructure, application, delivery, etc.) customer facing applications deployment and management experience in large enterprises. Experience with SAP ECC, SAP Commerce, SAP Sales & Service Cloud, SAP BTP (HANA Cloud Integration Suite), Mulesoft and Salesforce Proven track record as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead, crafting new solutions and delivering business outcomes in Customer Experience Technologies. Experience with Agile development methodology and related environments (Jira, Azure DevOps)
