For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ _Rate: $85 - $105 / hr. w2_ **Responsibilities:** + Lead Enterprise Data Architecture with a focus on cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Salesforce), on-premises and PaaS platforms, big data tools, ETL & data integration, data governance & quality, data security, and compliance. + Catalog and define data architectural artifacts, including data flows, logical & physical data models, and data integrations. + Lead architectural efforts for large, complex projects involving multiple vendors and technologies. + Support the development of complex proposals related to integrating multiple architecture domains. + Manage the architectural lifecycle, ensuring engineering and maintenance phases conform to the architecture. + Make strategic decisions about system design, implementation, and maintenance. + Analyze systems and processes from end to end. + Collaborate with senior management, business leaders, and IT teams to ensure alignment on data strategy. + Stay current on the latest technologies and trends. **Experience Requirements:** + Minimum of 10+ years of progressive work-related experience. + 3-5 years of Data Architect experience. + Mastery in architecture with knowledge of technology capabilities and constraints. + Understanding of designs and technology footprints of multiple products. + Experience with engineering process disciplines (e.g., Scrum, Agile, Kanban, ITIL). + Experience with industry process improvement programs (e.g., CMMI, ISO‐9000, FDA, Six Sigma). + Data Focused: Data Warehouse ecosystems, data design principles, BI tools, analytic tools, decision science, master data management, relational & NoSQL databases. + Middleware Focused: Java, REST, enterprise caching architectures, messaging-based architecture (e.g., Kafka), microservice architecture, public-facing APIs, enterprise integration patterns, data transformation, and ETL. + Cloud Focused: Google Cloud & Big Query, Salesforce and Data Cloud, AWS and cloud-native architectures. **Education Requirements:** Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
