Insight Global is seeking an Asset Management Analyst for one of our top entertainment clients in New York City. The role is responsible for the execution of normal operations of the asset management life cycle (i.e. recording assets received by the organization and tracking location and users from purchase to disposal) and assisting the Asset Manager in performing data analysis, exception identification, reporting, and tracking compliance. The role helps to ensure that the mechanics of the processes are executed accurately at all times and monitored, identifies opportunities for improvements, communicates any issues timely to the Asset Manager, and works closely with the IT Infrastructure teams to service the needs of the business as it relates to end user computing equipment. As a hands on role, the Analyst will participate in all functions of the IT Asset Management Process for hardware assets which may include but is not limited to receiving routine & complex work requests such as bulk orders, non-standard equipment requests associated with the process, inventory maintenance and control, asset assignment, asset and/or data retention, asset reclamation, asset retirement and decommission, asset refurbishment and asset disposal. Duties may also focus on software at times.
