Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.

Deliver precision and optimization as an IT Asset Management Specialist with our team in Springfield, Missouri!

As an integral member of our Information Technology department, this role requires strategic development and deployment of asset management approaches, rigorous documentation, regular auditing, and stringent adherence to relevant laws and regulations. This role is also a key part of our Help Desk team, assisting users with complex technical issues. Expect to delve into asset tracking, inventory management, procurement, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily and long-term operational and strategic management of hardware and softwareAssist end-users with technical issues, both in-person and over the phone.Plan, monitor and record hardware assets and/or software licensing for complianceDesign and enhance asset management processesEstablish and maintain documentation of procedures, processes, and reportsDevelop and implement procedures for tracking IT assets lifecycleAssist with license compliance audits and software licensing requestsEstablish and maintain hardware and software maintenance databasesDesign, execute and improve device imaging systems and processesEnsure inventory assets are prepared for deploymentInterface with server functions for deployment servicesMaintain firmware/patches on devices to be deployedEnsure active tracking of network hardware/software assetsManage electronic media lifecycle and secure data destructionOther duties as assigned

Requirements:

2 Years of experience in IT Technical SupportTechnical knowledge of network/PC operating systems and hardwareUnderstanding of organization's goals and objectivesStrong communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skillsResearch abilities for evaluating technology solutionsAbility to present ideas in user-friendly languageSelf-motivated and detail-orientedAnalytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentCustomer service orientedCollaborative team player
