Make a Difference

The IT Asset Manager manages and monitors the IT Asset Management system to ensure that IT asset data is captured accurately recorded and updated in a timely manner within Service Now Asset Module and Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The IT Asset Manager will be responsible for the daily and long-term strategic management of software and IT hardware at Community Health Network.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Minimum or five (5) years of experience in managing hardware assets. Four (4) years of experience in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management experience strongly preferred. Experience in the Healthcare IT preferred. Strong understanding of IT Hardware and software that will be included in Asset Management program. Solid understanding of Microsoft products such as Windows, Office, and SCCM. Strong understanding of Network infrastructure. In-depth knowledge of Hardware and Software acquisitions, Asset Lifecycle Processes, ITAM analysis and technical support for procurement decisions of new licenses/software/hardware and renewal of recurring licensing/warranty requirements. This position is a hybrid role, you must reside within a 60-mile radius of 7351 Shadeland Station, Indianapolis, IN 46256. Hybrid expectations include in-office work once to twice a week and/or on an as needed basis per the needs of the hiring department.
