Business Analyst with minimum 4 - 5 years of experience and have played Business Analyst role in eCommerce projects. Candidate should have played Business Analyst role in at least one Demandware engagement. He needs to contribute to discovery, requirements gathering, elicit business requirements, perform root-cause analysis, recommend improvements, solution generation, design and the detailing of the overall process
