Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only):5-7 years experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting and forecasting. Construction, Healthcare industry, Operations functional support, or cost accounting experience are all pluses.Very strong experience creating financial models, including use of database manipulation (e.g. Access & Excel).Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Should be able to run large meetings independently.Detailed Job Description:Use broad financial analysis and business knowledge to identify financial issues and opportunities to optimize financial results and to driveinfluence management decisions. Design and develop financial planning and control processes and systems. Review, analyze and forecast expenses and capital. Exercise financial influence in driving cost effective actions. Partner with other financial liaisons in preparation of management reporting package, and other special projects.Minimum years of experience: 5+
