Senior Developer for ServiceNow
- Location – Peoria, IL
- Duration – 3 to 6 months

Detail JD for both the positions is as below.
Skilled ServiceNow Developer who has strong experience & knowledge of Web 2.0 technologies and web services integrations. This person will work on configuration of ServiceNow Service Management module and use the orchestration capabilities of the platform. The external IT tool work will be completed by the respective IT service team. Work includes testing, quality assurance, maintenance and documentation of solutions. This individual has knowledge of iteration development using Agile/SCRUM. The ideal candidate should have the following.
· Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform including the configuration of modules such as ITSM and Orchestration
· Experience administering a ServiceNow instance including the modification of the core platform, workflows, business rules, UI components, ACLs, catalog items and updates
· Skilled in operating system scripting and debugging for common platforms: Windows and Linux
· Participated in the full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and promotion into Production
· Proven history of providing technical support during all phases of project delivery. This includes, but is not limited to: development of project estimates, solution design review, documentation creation and review, and peer code reviews
· Good analytical and problem solving skills to resolve technical issues
· A good understanding of IT service management and IT service delivery standards
· Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and latest ServiceNow features
· Must be adaptable to work in a varied, fast paced, ever changing environment
· Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
· Excellent communication skills, presentation, writing skills and the ability to work with business partners
· Knowledge of common infrastructure service offerings and component catalogs
Qualifications
· 4+ year experience working with or developing in any one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, Java, HTML, AngularJS, Apache, Glide and/or Jelly Scripting
· 3+ year experience in ServiceNow administration and development
· ServiceNow Certification
· Strong knowledge of ITIL v3 methodologies, ITSM concepts, enterprise IT architecture, relational databases, ITIL certifications a plus.
