Job Purpose: The IT Associate Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring the efficient and effective use of technology within the organization. This role involves in coordinating with other departments, implementing IT policies and procedures and collaborate with Global IT Teams to support Project and Business objectives. The role is based in Athens, Greece, and is responsible for Eastern Europe cluster of countries. Key Responsibilities: • Implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security, network reliability, and system integrity. • Implement IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely and within-budget completion. • Oversee the maintenance and support of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications. • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including data protection and cybersecurity. • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve IT operations and support business objectives. • Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions. • Provide training and support to Business Users on IT systems and best practices Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in IT or a similar role. • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of data protection regulations and cybersecurity best practices. Preferred Qualifications: • IT Certifications ( Cloud , ITIL, or CISSP etc) • Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies. • Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and practices. Working Conditions: • Full-time position based in Athens, Greece. • Occasional travel may be required.
