About the Intern Program

12-week program with start dates on: May 12th or 19th, or June 2nd40 hours per weekMust graduate between December 2025 - May 2027 Responsibilities Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide actionable insights.Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies.Gain hands-on experience with real-world data and analytics projects. Minimum Requirements Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. International Motors does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B or F-1 status) Desired Skills At least Sophomore standing for undergrad at the time of application.Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any IT related degree.Basic understanding of programming languages.Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and [any other relevant tools, e.g., Python, R, Tableau].Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Team player with strong communication skills.Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.Passion for technology and a hunger to learn.Experience or desire to learn analytics.Knowledge of Relational databases.Previous internship or project experience in software development.Previous applicable internships.Self-starter.High level of computer skills (Microsoft Applications and Internet).
