SUMMARY
The IT Network Billing Systems and Mobile Device Support Analyst responsibilities include the coordination of all aspects of IT network billing. Additional responsibilities include: administration, management and support for corporate mobile devices (i.e., cell phones, Smartphones, pagers, mobile “hot spots,” and other similar emerging technology).

ATTRIBUTES
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field, preferred. Combination of equivalent education or work experience will be considered.At least 2 years of experience in financial and/or data analysis and reporting, preferred.Experience with basic setup and working knowledge of Smartphone features and functionalities.Familiarity and comprehension of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Information Technology – particularly related to billing, contracts, tariffs, services and fee structures. RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs all responsibilities in accordance with Rochester Regional Health Values and Policies.Coordinates proper billing of services with Service Providers, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable departments to ensure IT network systems invoices are accurate and timely processed for payment.Audits invoices for errors, employee abuse, fraud, payment posting errors, and/or late payments and obtains credits from vendors, when appropriate. Researches and resolves billing inquiries.Prepares monthly credit / debit adjustments, including: chargebacks to accounts for Accounts Payable Department.Updates and maintains accurate database of current telecommunications information, including: Circuits IDs, Locations, Term Dates and other relevant information for all voice, data, and wireless accounts.Manages procurement and fulfillment for mobile device requests. 14617The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
