IT Business Analyst

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a specialized focus on Foreign Trade or Cash Management within the banking sector. 

 

Key Responsibilities: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to foreign trade and cash management. Identify areas for improvement within existing systems and processes, and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.  Develop and design solutions that meet business needs and regulatory requirements, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy and objectives of the organization.  Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of proposed solutions, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and external partners, ensuring clear and effective communication. Prepare detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user manuals. Required Qualifications: At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with specific experience in the foreign trade or cash management domain within the banking sector. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, experience with software solutions relevant to foreign trade or cash management. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
