Summary: This individual will manage various IT projects from requirements gathering to deployment, leveraging agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis: * Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders * Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications * Collaborate with developers, testers, and UX designers to align deliverables with requirements * Facilitate stakeholder workshops, demos, and sign-offs Team interaction: * Work with offshore development team based in India, ensuring clear communication and task prioritization * Coordinate with internal developers, UX designers, and testers to meet project objectives Technical Focus: * Oversee projects involving billing systems, .NET applications, and Salesforce implementations/enhancements * Understand technical constraints and dependencies to guide project execution effectively Reporting and Communication: * Maintain project documentation, including status reports, issue logs, and risk mitigation plans
