The role and responsibilities include - Performing IT Business Relationship Management role and as the single point of contact for all IT-related business needs at the plant. - Managing expectations, demands shaping, tracking incident and request tickets to closure and communication with business stakeholders - accountable to the business for overall IT delivery. - Develop, maintain, and communicate IT roadmap that is aligned with business goals and to present value generated to IT and business value associated with each activity. - Demonstrate the use and value of modern technology to enable both IT and business entities to meet its objectives, drive digital transformation and build an IT savvy workforce in the plant. - Implementing project management methodologies on IT projects (from conception to completion), for a broad range of initiatives, for setting priorities, and delivering quality solutions to support the business. - Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, directing, and coordinating resources and activities to meet business requirements and project completion dates. - Managing local budget and identifies opportunities for IT and business operational efficiency.
