Job Summary / Purpose

Reports to: System Manager of Strategy and Operational Performance Optimizations on the Consumer, Clinical Applications & Data/AI Team within Information Technology.

This position will have responsibility for coordinating and developing content, communication, and data sets or strategic operational performance optimizations and user training across multiple applications and teams. This position works closely with technical teams, google workplace teams, delivery, and operations teams to ensure the efficient flow of information and data across customers and internal teams. This role functions as analysts using advanced problem-solving and comparative analytical skills to implement, upgrade and support communication and training around complex application systems and directly fulfill projects related to Communication, Content Production, and Data Set Management.

Job ResponsibilitiesBrings domain expertise of the business (marketing, clinic operations, back office operations, clinical, administrative, etc) relevant to expertise needed for the roleBuilds the holistic end-to-end business case for concepts, understanding and communicating the value levers and product costUpdates the business case based on feedback from the teamCommunicates with the team on how the product is evolving based on feedback from customers using product features and technical capabilities built by engineersHelps navigate the business to unlock valuePartners with the Product Owner to understand, analyze, document and communicate program requirementsArticulates product value throughout the organization, tracks appropriate KPIs as a foundationCollaborates closely with agile engineering teams to clarify product requirements and translate business requirements between user groups and engineersPartners with key stakeholders to articulate and refine product vision through rapid iteration process and negotiates with the business to clarify needs vs wants/likes to balance with engineering cost and riskInfluences the Product Owner in product readiness, product completeness and user product criteriaBreaks down and describe business needs into work supporting an iterative and incremental delivery modelWholly responsible to translate user requirements into features and work that can be implemented in short sprintsBrings focus on user satisfaction, scale, adoption, product quality and time-to-market to the teamProvides input to key outcome and measure definitions
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Three (3)+ years of experience leading teams and business solutions analysis projects or productsThree (3)+ years of experience working in healthcare/medical environmentTwo (2)+ years of experience providing business analysis for software engineering teamsExpert in SDLC, solid understanding of at least one methodology (Waterfall, Agile, etc)

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in programming, computer science, MIS or equivalent professional experience preferredSolid understanding of multiple agile methodologies preferredAt least one (1) of the following preferred:IIBA®-Certified Business Analysis Professional (IIBA-CBAP)IIBA®-Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA-AAC)APMG International AgileBA
