The Job You Will Perform:

Document the workflow required to meet deliverables and maintain integration requirements documentation. Facilitate meetings with end users to understand business requirements and enhancement requests. Collect, manage, and synthesize requirements from key stakeholders. Provide work estimates to managers and project managers as requested based on requirements gathered. Translate business requirements and use cases to develop and deliver functional/technical specifications, requirements documents, and detailed use cases for new/changed features or functionality. Create/review test plans with the team and define the QA tasks for project plans, provide task time estimates, and prepare a QA Test Strategy document. Develop the final test execution report using existing templates and communicate to the project team. Provide post-implementation support. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and accurately document problems and their probable causes. Identify root causes, test, and implement solutions. Serve as a liaison between application vendors, internal IT groups, and end users. Ensure adherence to defined standards.

 

The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science). 4+ years of experience in similar roles. Strong understanding or aptitude to understand HR Systems and integrations. Experience and understanding of complex logic used in integrations. Experience with Mexico’s Employee Management, Payroll, and Benefits. Proficient in data analysis. Understanding of capturing employee data and knowledge of the employee lifecycle from recruiting to termination as it relates to integration with other systems. Advanced level of English.
