Job Summary:Leads, plans, schedules and manages concurrent projects using established processes; coordinates the establishment of requirements for concurrent projects.
Recommends business process and product improvements within multiple lines of customer's business.
Anticipates problems, proposes and applies multiple solutions.
Provides business and system expertise to identify, evaluate and develop specifications and procedures that meet user requirements.
Responsibilities:
This role plays a vital role in partnering with business users and delivery teams from internal departments to analyze complex business problems and recommend IT solutions within a single function.
Advises others on supports groups' interface functions.
Has team coordination responsibility with various support groups in the application and implementation of solutions (although usually direct supervision or management is not handled by this role).
Presents information to customers, management, and peer groups to explain solutions and complex (technical) issues.
Interfaces with multiple levels of customer peers and management to build relationships.
Partners with vendors in implementation of complex projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline
developed relationship management and partnership skills across business functions
Preferred experience in implementing IT/Information Security governance, policies and standards
