Mantua St., 44240 **Requisition ID:** 205141 **Position Overview** The **IT** **Business Analyst Manager** oversees the IT Business Analyst Team, which is the team responsible forworking closely with stakeholders throughout Davey to identify business needs, analyze requirements, and develop effective solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.This position coordinates projects with management, users, and vendors and serves as a project manager for project work and tasks assigned to direct reports. **:** The **IT** **Business Analyst Manager** is an **exempt, full-time employee** position.This position reports to the IT Director of Business Applications. **Job Duties** **Supervisory Responsibilities** : Supervises in accordance with policies and laws. Has authority to interview, hire, terminate, and recommend employee status changes. Oversees, plans, assigns, and directs the work of two or more employees. Manages the Business Analyst Team, appraises performance, rewards and disciplines employees, and resolves complaints. . **Duties and Responsibilities** : + Collaborate with management to identify Business Process Improvements. + Lead and support the business analysis team, offering guidance and mentorship. + Review team performance and recommend advancements or reassignments to senior management. + Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment between business needs and IT solutions. + Evaluate business processes, suggest improvements, and track project progress. + Foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the IT department, supporting team growth. + Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in IT management and governance. + Participate in training and perform other duties as assigned. + Follow company policies and procedures **Qualifications** **Experience and Qualifications:** + **Required** : A bachelor’s degree is desired.
