IT Business Relationship Manager

This is a hybrid role working at one of the following locations three days a week: Colorado Springs, CO; Santa Clara, CA; Little Falls, DE

As an IT Business Relationship Manager your primary accountabilities include:

IT investment Plan of Record administrative duties to include Strategic Portfolio Management functional expert, developing reports and executive level briefs.

Managing a large IT Strategic Investment portfolio delivering key capabilities supporting one or more business groups and functions.

Integrating business partners’ long-range plans into business capability roadmaps and priorities; identifying opportunities for technology to support the success of the business and help shape IT investment to align with the business strategic plans.

Partnering with business and functional leadership to plan new initiatives, evaluate proposals, and determine how they fit into business capability roadmaps and priorities.

Reducing broad concepts and business strategies into structured IT requirements.

Advocating for an awareness and focus across IT on business partner strategic plans.

Communicating with stakeholders regarding the IT strategic investment process, capabilities, progress of key projects and understanding concerns related to IT alignment.

Additional responsibilities include:

Planning lead for Stewardship IT investment initiatives.

Acting as an escalation point when IT processes fail or alignment with business has not occurred, as directed.

Facilitating communications on behalf of the Business IT (BIT) team.

Partnering with finance on setting up IT investment budgets for projects.

Qualifications

8+ years of IT or related technology domain experience

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Experience in managing project lifecycle from business case development through final delivery, oversight of project teams as they gather functional and technical requirements, project timelines, status reports, issues/risks, and deployment

Experience conducting Business or Systems Analysis

Experience working in a fast paced, cross-functional and cross-team environment and being the functional go-to person with multiple business partners

Experience working with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management or equivalent Portfolio & Project Management solutions

Proficient in the use of Microsoft tools including Sharepoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

The US pay range for this full-time position is $111,840.00 - $206,205.00/yr, plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum new hire pay for the position across the relevant US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
