IT Business Sys Analyst I

A Brief Overview
The IT Business Systems Analyst must elicit, analyze and synthesize information to in order to define and validate solutions that meet business needs, goals and objectives. The IT Business Systems Analyst is responsible for completing analysis tasks by performing various techniques with stakeholders. The IT Business Systems Analyst must be capable of specifying and communicating requirements and recommended solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
Track audit and IT compliance tasks, monitor IT compliance reports, and follow up with responsible IT teams for updates.
Analyze data to identify potential risk, areas for improvement, and report findings to management.
Procurement:
Create requisitions for IT software and hardware, pay invoices, perform timecard reconciliation for contracted employees.
Duties also include monthly, quarter end, and year end reconciliation reports for the Finance department.
IT Trainings and Documentation:
Create IT Compliance and Infrastructure training documentation. Create documentation and communications for employees on relevant IT compliance policies and procedures. Create documentation and end user communication for software such as Windows 11, Office365, Teams, RingCentral. Utilize established methods and techniques (including basic interviewing, process modeling, business scenarios, use cases, gap analysis, logical data models, participating in JAD sessions/analysis swarming) used to complete business and system requirements analysis. Analyze business needs and opportunities on less complex business problems. Document business and system requirements that describe the business need and what the system needs to do. Analyze and validate where application data is stored by working with other team members to query the data. Interpret business needs to assist with the development of basic functional design. Create basic communications, documents and presentations. Update existing functional user documentation with new functionality. Apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Work productively and harmoniously with others on a consistent basis. Respond positively to direction and feedback on performance. Consistently maintain professional and appropriate demeanor. Perform other duties/projects as assigned.

This role is eligible to participate in Zenith’s hybrid work schedule which provides the flexibility to work from home on select days of the week according to the in-office schedule established by regional executive leadership. Selected candidate must be able to report into the Woodland Hill, CA office on a weekly basis.

Education Qualifications
High School Diploma Or equivalent required Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of training/experience required Skills and Abilities Strong proficiency with Excel and ability to create pivot tables with charts Knowledge of extracting large data sets, compiling, and organizing for analysis Knowledge or experience using Atlassian JIRA a plus Demonstrates general industry knowledge. Analytical and problem solving skills. Good written communication and verbal communication skills. Demonstrates beginner presentation skills. Proficiency with MS Office applications. Prior experience with SharePoint, Jira, SQL Developer and Visio desired. Team player, self-starter, motivated, and multi-task oriented. Ability to prioritize work requirements. The expected salary range for this position is $56,929.17- $74,292.57. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. Qualifications may warrant placement in a different job level.Benefits
