Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications: **What You’ll Work On** + **Software Development lifecycle:** Author documentation within the software development lifecycle and ensure alignment with software quality. + **Requirements Gathering:** Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into detailed system requirements. + **Technical Specifications:** Write comprehensive technical specifications that developers and IT teams can use to build and implement solutions. + **Documentation:** Create detailed documentation of system requirements, processes, and changes in accordance with Abbott’s software development lifecycle + **Quality testing:** Coordinate and conduct testing to ensure that the implemented solutions meet the specified requirements. + **Project Management:** Assist in managing projects, including timelines, resources, and budgets. + **Collaboration:** Work closely with IT teams, developers, business, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of solutions. + **Compliance:** Ensure that system changes comply with Regulated industry standards and regulations **.** + **Change Management Documentation:** Document changes to systems and processes, including the rationale for changes, implementation steps, and impact analysis. **Required Qualifications** **/Experience** + **Education** : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. + **Experience** : Over 3 years of IT experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or a related field. + **Project Support** : Proven experience in supporting digital technology projects. + **SDLC Knowledge** : Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, with excellent documentation skills. + **Communication Skills** : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels. + **Technical Knowledge** : Proficient understanding of IT systems, software development, and data analysis tools. + **Problem-Solving** : Strong ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions. + **Analytical Skills** : Expertise in analyzing complex business processes and data. **Preferred Qualifications** + Regulated industry guidelines /Compliance knowledge + Quality background – QMS/CAPA/Testing **MISC:** + This is an **onsite role** located in either IL/MN locations.
