Job Duties:

Solicits and interprets client requests, documents client needs and automated procedures and works with users to improve business processes.Day to Day ownership of requirements delivery based on business needs and project timelines.Participates in continuous review and update to ensure that processes meet changing departmental and organizational conditions. Identifies processes for improvement, documents existing processes, and identifies and analyzes gaps between current processes and the desired state.Develop Business Process and Functional Process documents.Must be able to effectively interact with all levels of managementBe able to handle multiple assignmentsGood understanding of project management methodologies and software development life cycleProven track record in meeting deadlinesProficiency in Excel, Visio and PowerPointExperience with change control analysisGood understanding of project management methodologiesWorks as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems.

Must Have:

Strong background in Business requirements/agile story writingConsiderable understanding of basic SDLCExcellent requirements gathering, analysis and solution skillsAnalyst certification is a plus but not requiredExpert in creating work flow and process flow diagrams using MS VisioDemonstrated business requirement analysis and process mapping experienceStrong coordination and communication skills(must coordinate and facilitate requirements gathering sessions)Strong time management, prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at onceAbility to work independently under the direction of multiple project managers in a matrixes organizationExcellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to interact professionally with executives, managers, and subject matter expertsStrong teamwork and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated system thinking capabilityStrong analytical and problem solving skills

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Computer Science or related or foreign Equivalent
