Job Description Job Purpose An ICE IT Change and Governance Analyst is part of the IT Governance team responsible to review and handle all technology changes including application, database, infrastructure, and networking enhancements for the enterprise. Applicant must be able to put in the time required for the completion of tasks/projects which require working during evenings or weekends either planned or unplanned. Responsibilities Oversee and effectively communicate the IT Change Management Policy, Process and Procedures across the functional teams and management Provide on-going support of a collaborative change management process utilizing ServiceNow functionality Ensure change requests meet all requirements to increase success factors, reduce risk and minimize the impact of change-related incidents on service quality Apply governance to the Incident Management process Perform change validation process for files and database updates Gather requirements, analyze data and build impactful reports within ServiceNow Support process improvement projects using continuous process improvement methodology Documents and effectively publishes IT Change Control / Management Policies, Procedures and Processes Mentors the team and users in groups and individually Improves processes Takes initiative to learn and perform core duties Knowledge and Experience Microsoft Office suite Outstanding verbal and written communication ServiceNow report generation (Performance Analytics) Minimum of 1-3 years practical IT Change Management experience and IT Governance Preferred College degree in Engineering, MIS, CIS, or related discipline Experience in an SQL, Business intelligence ITIL or COBIT5 Foundation certified Schedule This role offers work from home flexibility of one day per week.
