Job Description Summary: 

Under the direction of IT Infrastructure leadership, the IT Change Manager / Architect position is responsible for the management of the assigned I.T. responsibilities as well as the administration and management of critical business, platform, and clinical software applications used at Florida Cancer Specialists for day-to-day operations.  This individual will become a change agent within the IT group to bring change management governance to the Organization, drives our corporate infrastructure architecture towards defined goals, and ensures that FCS is equipped and ready for disasters and has a tested and verified disaster recovery plan.

  

Position Qualifications/Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant certifications/experience in Information technology or related field

Previous Experience:

(7) Seven years experience in IT with increasing responsibility(2) Two years of direct leadership experience.Professional healthcare experience and/or clinical oncology experience preferred.Experience with Electronic Medical Records/Electronic Health Records (EMR/EHR), Medical Billing (Centricity or similar), Aria, SCC Soft, or similar medical, radiology, radiation, and laboratory systems a plus.ITIL certifications preferred.Experience with Fresh Service preferred.History of administration of software applications as well as cloud hosted applications.Track record of following through on commitments.

Ability to effectively lead projects from inception through implementation and assessment.Human Resources Management: Effectively hire, coach and support staff develop, as applicable, as well as manage resources, performance and employee relations, and supervise within established policies, procedures and legislation.Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook required.Proficiency in SharePoint Online and OneDrive required.Proficiency in MS Teams required.Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate preferred.

Standard Core Workdays/Hours:

Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMAfter hours and weekend support may be required as needed
