Sandvik is seeking an IT Client Service Manager in our Mebane, NC USA headquarters.IT Client Service Manager Role Summary
The IT Client Service Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of IT services within a designated area. This role involves managing activities to ensure IT supply to all business areas within a defined region, supervising direct reports, and providing leadership and guidance. Additionally, the IT Client Services Manager will be accountable for handling local IT inventory, supporting projects and the global IT strategies connected to client services, and participating in both local and global meetings. The role also requires availability to visit Sandvik sites and responsibility for creating and updating the IT SLA, maintaining the IT billing systems, and keeping IT request forms up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate activities to ensure IT supply to all business areas within the designated region.Supervise and provide leadership and guidance to direct reports. Collaborate with the IT team to achieve and maintain agreed-upon performance and service indicators.Provide timely follow-up on any aspects of performance requiring improvement.
Manage IT supplier relationships and activities.
Lead the execution of local IT projects.
Handle local IT inventory.
Support projects and the global IT strategies connected to client services.
Participate in local and global meetings.
Occasional domestic and international travel to visit Sandvik sites.
Create and update the IT SLA.
Maintain the IT billing systems.
Keep IT request forms up to date.
Demonstrate strong leadership values and capabilities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience leading a team in an IT support environment.
Proven experience in IT coordination or a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Annual Salary Range: $100,000 to $115,000, depending upon qualifications and experience. Annual bonus opportunity applies.
