Please note: this position is intended for students currently enrolled in a higher education facility and is part time (no more than 20 hours) per week.

Job Purpose or Objective(s): ​Provide support on company supported applications. Troubleshoot unresolved computer problems and network problems and determine source and advise on appropriate action. You will report to the manager of IT Operations. 

Primary Tasks:

You will help develop new or improved processes. Solve complex technical issues. Facilitate automation of repetitive tasks. Identify issues affecting tasks. You will attend meetings with employees at all levels of the organization and contribute to big picture business discussions. Work with technical and our customer support staff to determine nature of routine and less complex issues. Conduct quality assurance activities to support design, analysis and review efforts for supported team. Perform other tasks as assigned.
