Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:   Healthcare Digitizationo    Support implementation of various digitization initiatives within the Health and Wellbeing department. These include, but not limited to:§  Set up MS Office based tools (Power BI, Excel etc.) for data harvesting, collation, analytics, and reports.§  Developing dashboards for capturing clinic activity and resource utilization, under guidance and in collaboration with the medical experts. ·         Electronic Health Records:o    Coordinate the launch of EHR with Vendor and Internal Bosch teams including (DSO, BD, BDO, LSR, PUR) as program coordinator.o    Enable appropriate reviews of the tool and facilitate customization.o    Monitor the usage and develop MIS for the EHRo    Enable appropriate training provisions for the Health and Wellbeing (MED) team member in coordination with the vendor.o    Manage the EHR administration and KPI performance with the vendor.o    Enable in setup and utilization of Telemedicine provision at all Health and Wellbeing centers. ·         Health Index:o    Enable Health index data collation and calculation in coordination with the vendors and Bosch H&W teamo    Develop Health index reports with support from tools like Power BI.o    Enhance the data representation on H&W MIS reports.o    Coordinate the integration of Health Index calculation in the EHR interface. ·         Health check programs:o    Support integration of the health check data flow to EHR in coordination with the respective providers and under guidance from the Bosch Data teams and CHMO. ·         Collaboration:o    Collaborate with location health and wellbeing team and train them in the use of the data management tools.o    Support Health and Wellbeing team including Doctors, Nurses, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, H&W coordinator in implementation of digital aspect of wellbeing programs for all Bosch locations.o    Support development of reports (activity, ROI etc.) on MS office and Power BI platforms in collaboration with H&W centers within Bosch India, CHMO, Employee experience lead and Digital transformation team.o    Setup digital feedback capture tools for locations health centers for structured patient feedback and collate analytics on the captured feedback.  ·         Background and Skills:o    BSc / B-tech (IT, Computer Science, or Data science)o    Good Communication skill, written and spoken.o    Collaborative
