About the Role:
The CrowdStrike IT Productivity and Automations team is looking for a Collaboration Support Intern to join our team.
In this role, you’ll be working closely with the Information Technology Operations team to gain hands on experience in deploying, managing and supporting enterprise-wide collaboration solutions, integrations and platforms
What You'll Do:
Assist in the implementation, management and support of Collaboration systems such as Slack, Google Workspace, Corporate Intranet, Box and more
Drive small and medium projects from inception to completion with a focus on user experience and solution scalability
Change Management support, including release notes, internal communications and post-implementation plans
Create, maintain and distribute Knowledgebase (KB) articles and documentation for internal and end external (end-user facing) use cases
Participate in post-incident reviews to communicate with senior leadership for root cause analysis and objective next steps
Collaboration with internal teams such as Governance & Compliance, Information Security, IT Architecture to ensure all System Security, Discoverability and Integrations are within compliance
What You'll Need:
Currently enrolled in a 2- or 4-year College or University working towards a BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
Graduating between Dec 2025 - May 2026.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills including the ability to articulate requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences
Proficiency in utilization of productivity tools such Microsoft Outlook, Gmail, Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, ServiceNow
Ability to navigate SaaS-based tooling and data with an objective lens, focusing on core concepts such as Authentication, Least-Privilege Access and data protection
Experience working with stakeholders to communicate, collaborate and deliver on business objectives
Bonus Points:
Hands on experience with scripting or automation languages (e.g. Powersheel, Python, Bash) for IT administration
Hands on experience with API tooling such as cURL, Postman, Bruno, Insomnia SoapUI, etc
Experience or exposure to methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, DevOps, Critical Path Method (CPM)
Experience or exposure utilizing or managing Identity & Access Management tooling such as Okta, Google OAuth, PingIdentity, OpenID Connect
