Responsibilities:
Contribute to the overarching ITGC Control readiness and management. Assist with scoping and controls rationalization & optimization processes (including updating controls language and flowcharts as necessary). Serve as a business partner to key stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding on process, internal control, system implementation, risk, and compliance activities. Work with the control owners on planning and execution of the test of design and test of operating effectiveness. Work with the IT Team and external auditors to manage their testing cycles and expectations. Audit request coordination and monitoring with external auditors and Internal Audit. Make improvement recommendations of the control environment and assist with pre-implementation control identification and issue validation and automate where possible. Provide effective and timely reporting on control status, roadblocks, and create/drive plans to remove roadblocks and assist control owners on necessary remediation planning Contribute to the deficiency evaluation process. Directly or indirectly gather appropriate metrics and/or evidence to satisfy a SOX audit. Train control owners on SOX requirements.

Job Requirements:
3+ years of experience in IT Compliance, External or Internal Audit. Knowledge and a proven track record in applying internal controls, developing process documentation and flowcharting, control design assessment, test plan design, testing of operational effectiveness and documenting of deficiencies. Understanding of the internal control’s framework (understand CoBIT and COSO). Demonstrated experience in effective management reporting. Demonstrated experience in effective problem solving. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. Effective communicator, ability to build relations & manage expectations. Working knowledge of SOX best practices and emerging trends. CISA preferred (not mandatory).

Salary Range: $96,276.68 - $128,368.90
Annual Bonus Potential: 10%
