IT Compliance PMO Lead
Job Purpose and Summary

 As an IT Compliance PMO Lead, your core responsibilities include ensuring systematic evidence and information gathering, as well as secure storage and distribution of documentation. These activities, where you will play a key role, are essential for both external audits and Canon's internal management testing, including managing any deficiencies.

You will maintain the SharePoint site where all evidence and audit requests are managed and facilitate central communication with stakeholders, ensuring compliance requirements are understood and met across the organization. This includes coordination with external parties and internal stakeholders such as the CFO, CIO, and management testing service partners, maintaining accountability and smooth, timely communication in compliance processes. This role involves delivery through others and requires a very high interpersonal skill set.

As an IT Compliance PMO Lead, you will:             

Manage the external and internal audit requests as a single point of contact.Organize regular meetings with relevant teams to track progress on evidence and information collection.Manage dates and expectations of both internal control owners and process owners with the audit requests to align to audit timelines and global reporting.Manage the SharePoint site, ensuring all compliance-related documents including evidence are uploaded, securely stored, and accessible.Manage ongoing contracting (BAU contracts) through procurement reviewsFollow and prepare financing requests through the governance process (TIM, Finance etc.)Take part in GDPR activities for IT including, PIA review, privacy incident review coverage, taking part in privacy trainings and providing them to the IT team.Manage and track the deficiency process and documentation for external audit and management testing.Support relevant teams to develop and implement remediation plans.Facilitate meetings and discussions to ensure all parties are aligned on compliance requirements and timelines.Monitor and regularly report on the progress of compliance activities, including deficiencies and management testing, to ensure they are on track.Generate regular reports on compliance status, highlighting any areas of concern or risk.

What we ask

As an IT Compliance PMO Lead, you will need:

A Bachelor or Master degree.Experience in project co-ordination (PMO) and project management tools such as SharePoint are essential.Understanding of IT Control management and IT audit experience is a key element to increase the value of the role.Experience in deficiency management and remediation process.A high level of expertise on automated flow management.A high level of knowledge on data requirements to support automated flows.Organizational skills & self-motivated with an excellent eye for detail and accuracy.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey the required actions clearly and concisely.Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
