They should have detailed business domain understanding on S4 HANA Simple finance FI flows, integration of FI with other functions and should be able to relate requirements with system understanding and tools to be used for catering to the requirements. 
Also should be able to manage stakeholders from requirement and implementation perspective. They should undertake gathering of requirement and drive them through implementation. PM mindset will also help.

Certifications Needed :No
