Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

Work with Google's test engineering team to Create test plans for components, create test cases, setup test environments, execute manual tests, and Find / reporting bugs Requirements Leading team in creating test strategies and plans. Working knowledge in creating, reviewing & updating test scripts Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
