Job Seekers, Please send resumes to resumes@hireitpeople.com Must Have Skills: Tableau Administration Detailed Job Description: 5 years relevant experience must Installation, Upgrade, maintenance and support of all Tableau components Familiar with Tableau Prep, Server and Data management Add - on’s Respond to and resolve tickets on technical issues related to Tableau Platform within defined SLAs Co-ordinate with Tableau Support for any unresolved issues and tool specific issues or hot fixes/patches Responsible for Monitoring, reporting, and controlling Tableau server usage Deep level troubleshooting includes RCA Identifying problems in advance and looking for continuous service improvements Participate in problem management and come up with trend analysis on recurring incidents Creation and maintenance of system documentation related to the Tableau environment Ability to architect a stable Tableau solution guaranteed for high operational availability Expertise in Tableau platform sizing, troubleshooting, tuning & disaster recovery Work closely with technical architects, data and software engineers to ensure optimal application design to support reporting requirements Experience working with Data Sources connecting to Snowflake, Oracle and other sources from Tableau Manage and support migration of objects (dimensions, measures, hierarchies, reports, workbooks, dashboards), from development to production environments Provide appropriate support to business users on the use of Tableau interactive web reports, Tableau Desktop
