Detailed Job Description:

Provide leadership and expertise throughout the design and improvement of processes. Should be Responsible for defining scope of project, gathering requirements and documenting them. Identify strengths and areas for process improvement, establishing links between business strategies and improvement initiatives. Meet with business and technical managers to identify and scope opportunities, outline potential value and ROI, identify risks and constraints. Should assist various members of the project team, technical and Business members to resolve issues, validating results and communicating status and issues and risks. Should work as interface between the Users and the different teams involved in the application development for better understanding of the Business and IT processes.
