Experience in working with Wealth Management , Capital Markets & Asset Management clients Working experience with Broker- dealer model Implemented Salesforce for Wealth and Asset Management Exposure to complete SDLC (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall) Methodologies Prior experience of Data Mapping, Data Migration and Data Governance Experience in Wealth Management for e-Trade integration is preferrable. Having Technical skills will be added advantage. At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis Skills Requirements analysis, Elicitation, Agile Methodologies At least 5 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes At least 5 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process Analytical and Communication skills Planning and Co-ordination skills Work with business partners to recommend and influence requirement statement Decide on the story board, epics and story mapping Understand the business processes impacted by the request Perform research on 3DR or through outreach to SMEs Work with PO and SM in keeping the backlog groomed and prioritize by continuously providing input on requirements during backlog refinement Work with PO, SM and Dev team members to finalize estimates for external work items Lead solution conversations between development and business groups by providing: Impacted Teams (see checklist internal and downstream) Current State and Target State workflow diagrams Data mappings Screenshots/mockups Use Cases/Scenarios Document all necessary details to User Stories required for development team to develop the solution Work with PO to resolve any ambiguity on the requirements/stories. Setup calls as needed to clarify requirements To monitor that the suggested solution is being followed and identify business, analysis and understanding gaps Review technical tasks added to Jira Stories, and answer questions related to the solution/requirements Push to ensure that each impacted development team is aware of dependencies and handoffs Review ARD Model/test scripts for gaps there can be two reviews one with business and one overall with all stakeholders Keep an eye out for efforts where end to end testing is required and approach QA lead and SM to orchestrate that and ensure the same set of data is flowing through the test cases.Minimum years of experience*: 10+
