Detailed Job Description:

Strong in analyzing business requirements and specifications and development of test plans, test scripts, test cases and executing them Formulating, defining, and documenting complex business requirements and associated system specifications. Ability to coordinate with Clients, Business Analysts, and Tech team Experience aligning QA processes with Agile/Scrum methodology, sprint planning and execution A high degree of skill in troubleshooting, characterizing, and describing software defects. Experience building test plans, test cases and test scenarios Service Cloud and Community Cloud experience, Salesforce Development with hands on dev experience on APEX, LWC Excellent understanding of Sales cloud and Service Cloud processes Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications. Testing the stability and functionality of the application. Troubleshooting and fixing bugs. Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce staff. Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms Proficient in MYSQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, and VisualForce.
