End to end Service Cloud implementation for Customer Portal Should have experience in implementing Case Management, using Omni Channel, Service Console and Live Agent Experience in building Lightning Communities, Integration using SOAP API, REST API for high volume of data. Nice to have Worked in Einstein Bots, Analytics should have experience in configuration of Knowledge management. Should be Techno Functional guy who can work with Business and technical team.
