Good Hands on experience in Apex, visualforce pages, Lighting components along with configuration of Salesforce using out of box features like workflows, process builders, etc. Ability to understand requirements from customer and design the solution Hands on integration experience with SOAPREST APIs Experience in building lightning communities Service cloud experience service console, Live agent, omnichannel, Einstein bots is nice to have.
