Detailed Job Description:

Maximo functional consultant with end to end implementation knowledge Lead/drive requirements gathering workshops for blueprint design purposes on Maximo framework Provide industry expertise on all Work and Asset Management process areas Provides input and recommendation on technical implications of specific design solutions Ensure end to end design provides a practical, integrated business solution Ensure solution design is compatible with future strategies and vision Validate project design and communicate potential issues and obstacles Leading business process design workshops, capturing requirements, documenting solution and testing Developing plans based on a thorough understanding of systems development life cycle (SDLC) both Waterfall and Agile Manage client interactions and expectations; demonstrate subject matter expertise, address client needs, provide value propositions, and manage resource requirements. Manage individuals and teams; track and direct performance against objectives, create an atmosphere of trust and collaboration, and encourage improvement and innovation Identify issues, risks, and project team conflicts, to develop a timely resolution in the area of Solution finalization Serve as liaison between client, project team, development team, and other stakeholders Mentoring Guide other senior consultants, consultants and analysts in the project by providing leading Maximo best practices and solution ideas and helping them understand the nuances in this industry Thought Leadership - To continue to develop and enhances Infosys thought leadership and methods, tools and templates in the space of utilities Work and Asset Management.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required. Electrical Engineering background will be preferred. U.S. citizens and those already authorized to work in the U.S. (Infosys is unable to sponsor visas at this time) 5+ years of experience in business process consulting, problem definition, architecture, design, development, configuration, solutions evaluation, validation and deployment Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communications skills Great listener who is humble yet confident with his/her abilities Strategic thinker who pays attention to detail, but isn t afraid to roll up his/her sleeves and do what is required to get the job done Creative problem solver Passion for transforming our clients businesses to unlock value for their shareholders, clients, and partners Ability to travel up to 4 days a week to multiple local, state and national client locations Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team, including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and MS Project skills Basic project management skills Working experience in the area of Asset and work management at Gas Utilities Working knowledge of Compatible Units and Estimation processes for Gas and Electric Utilities Previous big 4 Maximo consultancy and Implementaiton experience Experience in utilities in North America.
