Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only)*:

Candidate should have good experience on SAP HCM Interfaces including Benefits, OM, PA, Payroll modules and integrating with Legacy systems. Candidate should Middle ware Exposure in SAP PI, EDI process. Sound understanding of SAP CPI (HCI) which is integrated with Onpremise ECC system.

Need to have experience in SF integrations with CPI for EC, RCM, Onboarding Modules. Document defects and track defect resolution with the system integrator using the defects module in Client ALM.

Should have exposure in employee master data Org data replication process. Analyze test results to Client and resolve defects, configuration issues and process gaps. Deep understanding of HR business processes in SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
