Benefit Configuration Senior Config Analyst Business System Analyst in US health Insurance domain and in Facets. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Expert in configuration of Product and Benefit components in Facets. Expert in Medical Plan Applications and Data model Should have strong SQL Skills. Should be able to drive JAD sessions. Good exposure to Agile methodology. Must have strong knowledge on Benefits 360. Should have done benefit configuration using Benefits 360 in Fa
