Knowledge on Out - of-the box Foundation Data configurations knowledge on BMC Remedy Developer Studio for customization and BMC Remedy Data Import & UDM tool for Foundation Data Loading Strong ITIL Framework concepts Experience in proposing and implementing architecture of Custom integrations Experience in configuring and working on Remedy Server-group environment Previous experience of working overlay concept Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting BMC Remedy AR Server issues Experience with Mid-tier and troubleshoot issues with load balancer
