Detailed Job Description:

Monitoring of alerts & escalation/reporting Administration and maintenance of appliances Ongoing configuration changes, device support, OEM vendor coordination, monitoring, responding & escalation of IPS events Signature Updates, rule imports & software version upgrade on the appliances in scope Monitor & analyze events Backup & Restore of configuration(s) Manage and support existing IPS policies Create/Delete/Modify new IPS policies based on the requirements Fine tune IPS policies Co-ordination with network and vendor team to troubleshoot/fix issues Create Knowledge documents /Wiki articles.
